Minwool 1200 Pipe

Johns Manville – easily fabricated pipe insulation made of inorganic fibers derived from the volcanic rock basalt, and bonded with thermosetting resin with low smoke/flame spread, mold resistance, bio-solubility, and high compressive strength. Common uses include insulate mechanical, power, and process piping systems.  Characteristics: Thickness – 1 to 6 inches.
Density – high fiber density. Temperature Ratings: Usage Range – Usage to 1200°F (648.89°C)

Minwool 1200 Pipe & Tank Wrap

Johns Manville – made from same materials as the MinWool-1200 Pipe it is noncombustable, lightweight, mold resistant, and bio-soluble. Common uses include mechanical equipment, vessels, furnaces, large diameter pipes, and other irregular shapes.  Characteristics: Thickness – 1/2 to 4 inches. Density – high fiber density. Perma-Weld© Solvent Welding System Adhesive

Forms a permanent chemical bond between PVC members. For use on 20 and 30 mil (0.5 and 0.8 mm) jacketing and most Zeston 2000/300 PVC insulated fitting covers. Characteristics: Set/Cure Rate – Initial set period is 10 minutes, while the time to cure is between 8 and 10 hours. Temperature Ratings Usage Range – recommended – above 40°F (4°C).

PVC Z-Tape

Used to clean Perma-Weld® Resistant to harmful chemicals, capable of sealing difficult shapes or gaps, and developed to keep adhesive properties even when installed during cold or humid weather.
